This will assist in analyzing and evaluating possible hazards with in the City. This information will provide a basis for risk evaluation and decisions about risk control. As such, this provides an opportunity for the community to give their input, to identify and prioritize those emergency risk that are likely to create the most disruption.  The assessment helps Fountain’s Emergency Management to identify and describe hazards and assess impacts and consequences based upon the vulnerability or exposure of the community.
