We ask that you give the Electric Department at least two hours, before contacting us a second time.  Most likely, an Electric Crew member would already be on-site and in the process of making the necessary repairs to restore your service.

A follow-up phone call is always appreciated if you continue to experience any issues, once we've announced service has been restored.  A follow-up call confirming that your service has been restored and in good working order is also appreciated as this helps us to better serve our customers.

Please contact us if you have any questions, concerns, or comments via MyFountain, our citizen services portal.
