Outage Information

If you are experiencing an outage please contact our Customer Service line at 719-322-2010.

On Thursday, April 2, 2020, at 1:17 pm we were notified of an outage taking place in the Subdivision known as Countryside.  This outage affected 69 houses on our system and was due to an underground fault in the area. Crews worked as quickly and safely as possible to restore power. 

Thank you for your patience while restoration operations were underway.

We realize how inconvenient and stressful it can be when your power goes out, so we strive to restore your power as quickly and safely as possible.  However, unforeseen circumstances do arise occasionally that cause an interruption in service. We appreciate how much our community supports our efforts to provide you with the best electric service possible.

2013 Fountain Creek Flood Repairs

We ask that you allow the Electric Department two hours before contacting us a second time as an Electric Crew will already be on site and making the necessary repairs to restore your service. A follow-up phone call is always appreciated if you continue to experience any problems once we announce service has been restored, or to confirm that your service has been restored and in good working order as this helps us to better serve our customers.
