If you were not aware, there was a Council meeting on December 6th, 2022, where a presentation was given on the Lorraine Center. The presentation was extremely informative and gave an abundance of insight. The City of Fountain posed a survey this year that was shared across multiple city platforms and the conceptual site plan for the Lorraine Center property is based off of the feedback from the survey. 

Some of the key themes from the survey were beautification, walkability and accessibility features, as well as lifestyle services and community facilities just to name a few. Of course, the plan presented for the property is just conceptual only, based on the City Zoning criteria and district revitalization.
This site plan is also highly contingent upon identification of a private development partner that would require a formal RFP issuance, a proposal review committee and a recommendation for City Council to award the project proposal.
