YES - Store bought fire pits do not require a permit. Property owners that have a permanently constructed fire pit must have a permit.

All fires in residential fire pits must be attended by a person over the age of 18

All fires must be fully extinguished by midnight. No fires are allowed between midnight and 8:00 AM. No fires including residential fire pits during a Red Flag

 

**Anyone that has a fire that becomes out of control and causes damage is subject to be charged with Arson. **
