Outage Information

6-22-2020: Customers in the Little Ranches & Cumberland Green Subdivisions experienced low water pressure & an interruption in service between 6 am & 8:40 am.  Water crews worked quickly to locate and resolve the issue. You will see crews in the area as they work to replace water valves today. As always, we appreciated your patience while restoration operations were underway.

The City of Fountain Water Department strives to provide the best service available to our customers and 
understands how inconvenient an outage can be. However, unforeseen circumstances do arise occasionally that cause an interruption in service.  

If you experience an outage please contact our Customer Service Department at 719-322-2010. In the event an outage occurs after business hours our call center will notify the Water Standby Personnel.

Please allow the Water Department two hours before contacting us a second time as a Water Crew will already be on site and making the necessary repairs to the water main. A follow-up phone call is appreciated if you continue to experience any problems once service is restored, or to confirm that your service has been restored and in good working order as this helps us to better serve our customers.
