About Online Bill Pay Services

Fees

Customers will be assessed a $3.00 convenience fee when making a payment of up to $600 online using a credit/debit card. If a payment exceeds $600, you may make additional payments online in increments of no more than $600 per transaction. No fee is assessed for paying by electronic check. Electronic check payments that are returned for insufficient funds are subject to a $40.00 return check fee.

Payment Processing

Payments scheduled through Online Bill Pay may take up to three (3) business days to process and post to your utility account. Your utility payment is due by the date listed on your utility bill and is subject to a $10.00 late fee if received after the due date.

Final Notice of Termination

If you have received a "Discontinuance Notice" for your utility services and make a payment online, payment must be made at least three days prior to the due date printed on the notice.

Disconnected Service

If your utility services have been disconnected, payment for the past due balance and a payment confirmation number will be required before services are restored. The reconnect fee is $40.00 during normal business hours; Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, excluding holidays. The reconnect fee is $95.00 after normal business hours. Please call 719-322-2010 to arrange to have your services reconnected.
