Welcome to the Fountain Police Department's website. The city of Fountain is located in Southern Colorado, parallel to the Ronald Reagan Highway (Interstate 25) and Ft. Carson (U.S. Army). We enjoy a majestic view of the Pikes Peak Summit and the Sangre De Cristo Mountain Range.
