City Budget
 The budget for the City of Fountain establishes spending priorities for each calendar year, running from January 1 through December 31. The Finance Director works with the City Manager and departmental directors and managers to deliver a proposed budget for approval by City Council. Council in turn reviews and provides direction to city staff for modification, and then ultimately approves the budget by the end of the year.
