City Administration
A MESSAGE FROM THE DESK OF... ![]() Scott Trainor Fountain City Manager Welcome to the City of Fountain's Web site. Fountain is a vibrant community just south of Colorado Springs, Colorado and sits adjacent to Fort Carson. Our community has a rich heritage, rooted in the military, agriculture and the railroads. Fort Carson calls itself the "best hometown in the Army" and the City of Fountain is home to many of the men and women serving our country. As City Manager, my focus is to help our City Council continue to make Fountain the best community that it can be. Our Vision Statement is as follows: "The City of Fountain will honor its small town America heritage, promote a high quality of life for its citizens and provide managed community growth in a safe, secure and stable manner." This Vision Statement and the City's associated Strategic Plan, adopted in 2009 and updated in 2010, help direct myself and the City staff in fulfilling the desires of our citizens. Myself and the City Staff are honored to be able to serve the citizens of Fountain and hope that you enjoy your virtual visit to our community's web page. Feel free to come on by in person and chat for a few, share your ideas, and let us know how we're doing. ---------------- The Fountain City Hall building is a one-stop shop for many of the community's administrative operations. Located within City Hall are the City Council Chambers, the Municipal Court, the Utility Billing and Payment offices, Fountain Utilities Customer Service, and the City Administration offices. City Hall is located at 116
