The Records Section receives and maintains all records produced by the Police Department. This includes incident reports, accidents reports, arrest reports and traffic summonses, etc.

To obtain a copy of a Police Report fill out a request form and either email it to Support Services or drop it off at the Police Station located at 222 N Santa Fe Ave.

Fingerprints may be obtained on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from
9 AM to 11 AM and 2 PM to 4 PM

Professional Standards Department


The mission of the Professional Standards Department is to facilitate prompt and effective communication between department members, as well as with members of the community and our regional partners. It is to provide a smooth flow of information between all stakeholders to assist in reaching departmental goals and objectives and to maintain transparency in the department.

The Professional Standards Sergeant is responsible for reviewing any complaints that are referred from the Patrol Division or directly from the citizens and is responsible for conducting internal affairs investigations as required.

The Professional Standards Sergeant also acts as the police department’s Public Information Officer and is the department’s media relations contact to include issuing media releases, participating in interviews and answering questions from the media on departmental matters.
